Author’s note: Can you tell how much I adore sound healing? 😄 It’s such delightful medicine for all who hear it, and it lights me up inside. Most of the time, it goes down smoothly…although sometimes, the gong’s metallic energy can be intense. Just be with it — it’s likely showing you a place in need of tenderness.
